Michael Tanzer is a self-published author and an autism ambassador at Autism Canada, a national organization that promotes awareness, acceptance, and inclusion for people on the autism spectrum disorder (ASD). He has over 10 years of volunteer experience at various organizations, including North York General Hospital, where he supports patients and staff with compassion and empathy.
Michael is passionate about sharing his personal experiences and perspectives on life with ASD through his writing, blogging, podcasting, and speaking engagements. He has written several articles for companies such as AUTISM CANADA and a self-published book titled "MICHAELISM: My POV on Life with Autism", which was a finalist for the 2022 Book Excellence Awards.
He also hosts a podcast called "The Real Michael Tanzer presents MICHAELISM", where he interviews guests from different backgrounds and fields of expertise. Michael's mission is to educate, inspire, and empower others to embrace diversity and inclusion, and to celebrate their unique abilities and talents.
